1. The contract is made when you make a booking. Your obligation is to pay the price of the excursion and recognise your liabilities if you have to make a cancellation.

1a. We reserve the right to cancel any excursion at any time. However, in such circumstances we will issue a full refund of all monies paid. Furthermore, in the event of rare circumstances beyond our control, we can change any excursion itinerary, vehicle or driver.

2. When you make your booking you must pay a deposit and accept on behalf of you and all of your party, our terms and conditions.

3. The balance of the cost of your excursion must be paid by the date specified in your confirmation letter/e-mail. If you book within this period the total excursion cost must be paid at the time of the booking.

4. You or any member of your party may cancel your excursion at any time provided the cancellation is made in writing by the person who originally booked the excursion. As this incurs administration costs we will retain your deposit, (for theatre trips only – you must cancel at least 4 weeks in advance or the cost of your theatre ticket will be retained – only the cost of travel will be refunded)
5. You are responsible for ensuring that you are at the correct departure point at the correct time as shown on your confirmation and we cannot be held liable for any loss or expense suffered if you are not.

6. We reserve the unconditional right to refuse a booking or terminate a client's excursion in the event of unreasonable conduct which in our opinion is likely to cause damage, distress, danger or annoyance to other clients, employees, property or to any third party. If you are prevented from travelling or continuing your excursion by such a termination, our responsibility for your excursion thereupon ceases. Full cancellation charges will apply and we will be under no obligation for any refund, compensation or loss you may incur.
